Burberry est une maison de luxe britannique de la mode, la fabrication de vêtements et accessoires de mode tels que des montres. Son motif tartan distinctif est devenu l'un de ses plus large des marques reconnues. Bons Royal ont été accordées à la société par Sa Majesté la Reine Elizabeth II et SAR le Prince de Galles.
La fondation qu'il a créée pour la marque Burberry qui porte son nom continue de régir Burberry reconnaissance dans le monde entier comme une icône synonyme de styles durable, une qualité sans compromis et l'originalité véritable.
Le modèle noir, blanc, rouge et connu sous le nom vérifier Haymarket ou le "bilan de Burberry classique" a d'abord été utilisé comme doublure pour le manteau Burberry en 1924. En 1891, Burberry a ouvert un magasin dans le Haymarket, Londres, qui existe toujours et est le site du siège social de Burberry. En 1901, le Burberry Knight Logo équestre a été élaboré contenant le mot latin "Prorsum", ce qui signifie en avant, et une marque déposée.
Burberry est une société indépendante jusqu'en 1955, quand il a été acheté par la Grande-Universal Stores . Burberry Group plc a été initialement introduite à la Bourse de Londres en Juillet 2002. GUS a cédé ses intérêts restants dans Burberry sortie en Décembre 2005.
Dans les années 1990 parce que le chèque Burberry populaire auprès des fans de football de premier plan à un ternissement de l'image de luxe de marque. Cependant la marque a été récemment relancé avec une image plus jeune.
