I'm anorexic and decided to recover:What should I eat so that my body goes through a smooth transition?
I've been doing the 2-4-6-8 diet for quite some time now, but i've decided that I will begin eating properly tomorrow. What should i eat to let my body go through a smooth transition from eating minimally to eating normally? ( Is there a meal plan somewhere that I could follow?)
I'm vegetarian, btw

It´s easier to recover than you think
start eating fruits and i don´t know something small like 3 cookies
little by little
and do exercise, start doing excercise, take a walk , ride your bycicle
It´s will take more less a week
!
My weight was already 108 libs
and now ( 10 months later) i´m already 120 libs
but my body is beautiful and i look as thin as i used to look, because of exercise
Now i look good!!.And i use the same size of jeans
I eat a lot of cookies, chocolate, food but i do 2 hours of exercise everyday
I´m 5,4 -5 and 15 years old
