Why did my skin looked pale when I came out of the shower?

Hi I'm 16, I came out of the shower yesterday and I noticed my skin looked pale then after i put Dove Body Silk on it, it become tanned again. Though my skin is naturally pale but since i go outside and i easily get tanned, I'm a tan now. I'm just wondering because its been long since I got my old pale skin back and I want it back again.

Stay out of the sun or apply sunscreen when you have to be in sun. I do not like chemicals in sunscreens, so I first massage olive oil into skin and wipe away any surface excess and then apply sunscreen on top of oil. The chemicals do not touch my skin. I am totally protected and do not tan even though I am in intense sun for many hours a day
