Can you take Miralax and Peri-Colace together?

Im going on six days of constipation and starting to feel pretty miserable. I have IBS so this is normal for me but usually three or so Colace work for me. Ive taken four now over the course of three days. Today i was going to try Miralax but since its so slow i know it won't work for me until probably tomorrow. Im not eating very good cause i don't feel good from this stupid constipation and need to fix it as soon as possible. So since colace sometimes works anywhere from a half hour to six hours for me is it safe to still take Peri-colace with miralax. ive heard alot of people take colace but this peri-colace includes a stimulate laxative so I didn't know if that made a difference.

Fine to take both. Miralax is an osmotic laxative. Docusate is a stool softener and senna is a stimulant laxative. They will work together to move your bowels.

Be sure to drink plenty of water while taking the miralax and docusate (colace). Their function is dependent on water.
