Base Powder
Is it true that you can use makeup forever hd powder as a base before you apply your foundation?
I have oily skin and I heard it works well as a base (I'm talking about the white silica powder)
It doesn’t hurt to try, but it might make you look ashy/cakey since you would be putting a liquid over a powder, but if it doesn’t work out, you should try using the Makeup Forever Primers. Good luck!
