When you have made great homemade soaps successfully, branching out a business is inevitable. The business part of making soaps is introducing your products to friends and colleagues at work. If your friends love your soap, they will ask for more. This time you will need special packaging and business insurance license to float your business.
The growing concern over the use of commercial soap has created a need for homemade organic soap. You can make these as well for a targeted market - infants, seniors, and individuals plagued with skin infections and irritations. Expand your line to include other soap enhancers - Oatmeal, glycerin, and essential oils. Do make a survey where to get supplies because some supplies are not easy to find. From the different methods making soaps, you learn how to make organic soap, pure soap, and a combination of soap recipes to cater to different needs.
