EBAY: what to do about this perfume!?
I brought 30ml refillable Alien perfume off of a good ebayer that i looked at all the reviews and they were all excellent so i thought it would be fine.
I received the item and it smelt horrible, like angel but fake (if anyone knows what angel smells like), it no way is alien i would know i always wear it it has such a distinctive smell.
So i emailed the seller and got a rude reply saying im "malicious" for accusing.
But if it smells nothing and i mean nothing like alien im obviously going to be annoyed.
But all their feedback has been good for everything so i don't understand why its just me im so confused.
Plus there was no sticker at the bottom of the bottle for some reason even tho its apparently EDP.
Im sending it back but the seller said they will test it and if they agree give a full refund however if its normal they wont.
Well they could easily just say its normal and i will lose because they wont want negative feedback obviously!
What can i do im so confused??
You can start a dispute on Ebay, and let Ebay decide. They normally rule in the buyer's favor, so you shouldn't worry about it too much. Just go to your My Ebay, and if the seller tells you it's normal, and you were wrong, just start a dispute on the item. You'll see an icon by that purchase that you can click to file a dispute.
