How to use Kukui Nut Oil
Here are some ways to enjoy and use your Hawaiian Kukui Nut Oil.
Added to a Bath
Add Kukui nut oil to a running bath water for a relaxing soak! Kukui nut oil is a great moisturizer and beautifies the skin. Kukui nut oil also is known to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines while softening and moisturizing the skin. Kukui nut oil has been traditionally used in Hawaii to help with dry, chapped skin. Kukui nut oil absorbs into your skin quickly and easily without blocking skin pores.
Hawaiian Kukui Nut Bath Oil Recipe
2 parts Kukui Nut Oil
1 part macedamia Nut oil
1/8 cup apricot oil
10 drops mango oil
10 drops coconut oil
Add 2 to 3 drops ylang ylang essential oil
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Bottle until ready for use.
To use: Add to warm running water as you fill your bath tub. Aloha and Enjoy!
Use on stretch marks to tighten and promote healing
Kukui nut oil has been used for scars and stretch marks for generations as well. Kukui nut oil is rich in vitamins and minerals known to reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks.

Alternative Uses
In addition to using Kukui nut oil as a moisturizer for dry skin and to remove eye makeup, the oil can be used to relieve the symptoms of dry skin and sensitive skin conditions such as psoriasis-like and eczema-like symptoms. It can be used on babies as well. It is also said to be used in some hospitals in Hawaii including in several cancer centers for the care of radiation burns on cancer patients.
